Solicitud cumplimiento de sentencia.
El peticionario considera que existe una justificación objetiva, razonable y suficiente para que la Corporación conozca el trámite de cumplimiento de la sentencia SU389/05 y en consecuencia nombre una Sala Especial de Seguimiento y sancione a la autoridad incumplida a través de un incidente de desacato.
La Sala se abstiene de asumir la competencia para verificar el cumplimiento de la sentencia de la referencia, por cuanto el juez de primera instancia una vez analizó este supuesto concluyó que se cumplió lo ordenado en la misma y la propia Corporación, en una petición semejante a la que se analiza, avaló tal consideración mediante auto 181 de 2011.
